Strategy
Our team of high-performing First Nations leaders are experts in all elements of strategic planning and in the development and implementation of policies and procedures in all First Nations matters, including governance, culture, HR and employment, coaching and engagement, teaching, learning and research. We lead large and complex engagements, change and advancement strategies, and are highly experienced in facilitation and co-design with diverse and complex stakeholders, particularly First Nations peoples, communities, and their representative organisations.
We use a strengths-based approach and are flexible to meet the needs of our clients and their stakeholders, applying best practice project management principles to our work. We believe that early and robust planning, communication and risk identification and management are essential to ensuring a top-tier service for our clients, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
